Northbank comes across as friendly and local, with a clear website. The main issue is that a few basic details, like hours and how the shop describes itself, change depending on where a customer looks.

What is working

  • The homepage says what the shop does in its first line.
  • The logo and colors match across the website and both social profiles.
  • Recent customer photos make the shop feel active and local.

Where things don't align

  • Hours. The website lists Saturday 9 to 5. The search listing says 10 to 4.
  • Description. The website says "outdoor gear and rentals." Facebook says "sporting goods store."
  • Links. Instagram still links to an older web address.

What to do first

  1. Confirm one set of hours and update the website and search listing on the same day.
  2. Write one sentence that describes the shop, and use it on every profile.
  3. Point the Instagram link to the current website.
